Civi-Pact is a registered entity in Nigeria with a focus on capacity building for Nigerians to be able to measure up to their civic responsibilities and hold government accountable to her core mandate of services to her citizenry.

Societies have long had an interest in the ways in which their young are prepared for citizenship and in how they learn to take part in civic life.
We partner with government agencies, Ministry and Parastatal in ensuring periodic training and manpower development for their staff with a focus on Post Retirement Plan, Psychology of Office Ethics and Values, Performance Evaluation, I.C.T, Office Relations, Recruitments and Human Resource Management, etc. Civi-Pact also undertakes recruitment and training for private sector of the economy such as Workshop/ Training on Sales Optimization, High Level Management Training, Core Accounting and Auditing Policies, Excellence Customer Service and Work Place Ethics.
We partner with different organizations, among them are; the workshop on Occupational Health and Safety for Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment in 2016, partnership National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) 2019 on Nationwide Advocacy on the youths and Drug Abuse which is ongoing. We had approval from the senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND to organize conference on Tertiary Institutions Health and Safety Policies. We are presently in collaboration with The Nigerian Senate Committee on State and Local Government.
In the Private Sector, we recruited for and set up Sawalino Hotel and Suites , Keffi Nasarawa State in 2015, Recruitment and set up of Epoch Unique Hotel, Abuja in 2018, Managed Facviba Hotel, Keffi Abuja Road in 2017, Recruitment and Training of Staff for Ameeshat Integrated Services Abuja in 2019, Training and Performance Appraisal for Gausiya Oil and Gas Ltd in 2020. Training and Set up of Amsadek Pharmacy and Stores Lagos in 2021, Consultancy for Sofia and Ladi in Kaduna State. Consultancy service for Royal Castle Hotel, Karu Abuja.
